We are a professional beauty team and we are pleased to have guests work with all members of our staff. If you feel like you would like a fresh point of view or would like to try another staff member, let us know! We would love to accommodate you in every way we can.
cancelation policy
We kindly request a 24 hour notice for any service cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee. Any sessions that are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice are subject to pay 50% of all scheduled services in order to rebook. Any extension sessions cancelled within 48 hours are subject to pay 50% of the service in order to rebook. A credit card will be put on file for all rebooking clients after a late cancellation or no show. Thank you for your cooperation!
late fees
Please note that our stylists run on a very tight schedule. When you are late for a session, this affects every session after yours. If you are tardy for your reservation, you will still be charged starting from the time of your original reservation.
All extension services are final sale, including extension hair. All deposits or retainers are nonrefundable. Extension services canceled within 72 hours of scheduled session may result in a non-refundable retainer fee in order to rebook. If adjustments to the client’s hair are required, client must notify Opulent Beauty Salon of adjustments that need to be made to their hair within 7 days following the date of service. Opulent Beauty Salon is not responsible for damages to extension hair caused by the client, including but not limited to improper care/maintenance, using incorrect products, or partaking in activities that can damage extension hair (ex: swimming).

We understand that sometimes a certain look just isn’t for you. If you change your mind, you must pay to have the service(s) redone. Redos are determined by the original stylist on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of the service.
child safety policy
We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. We also understand that your “me time” does not always align with your beauty sessions. We love seeing your children and watching them grow, but at the same time we must now enforce a Child Safety Policy at Opulent Beauty. We kindly request that children no longer accompany parents to the salon during lengthy salon sessions. Only children RECEIVING services may be present in our service areas. Older children (13+), capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. We request that if you have multiple children receiving services, an additional caretaker is available to supervise any child waiting for their session time. While this policy helps ensure that all guests enjoy a relaxing salon experience, it was created with your child’s safety in mind. Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals, and a busy, congested area makes for a potentially dangerous environment for your young children. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our Child Safety Policy.
return policy
Hair care can be returned up to 2 weeks after purchase date for an exchange. All cosmetics and skincare are a FINAL SALE. All hair extensions and hair pieces are also FINAL SALE. *This includes hair wefts, Great Lengths, tape extensions, clip in hair extensions, clip in toppers, halos, pony tails, clip in bangs and MicroLines hair toppers.

access
Opulent Beauty LLC has the ability to revoke access without refund or liability to its education (hands-on or virtual) at any time. This includes students not completing coursework or pre-training, or if a student does not seem fit for our program.
liability
You agree that neither Opulent Beauty LLC, nor its owners, operators, agents, or instructors, including but not limited to the persons mentioned above, may be held liable or responsible in any way for any occurrence in connection with the methods or practices demonstrated in relation to this educational course to me, or towards another, which may result in injury, death, or other damages.
Hands-on and virtual class sales are final.

By enrolling in this course, I certify and agree that I am prohibited from reproducing (electronically or otherwise), in full or in part, prepare derivative works, reproduction, or distribution of any and all educational materials related to the educational presentations or courses; informational presentations’ online educational course; or educational videos in print or electronic form, including photographic or video recordings displayed via the Internet or in public educational setting, except as authorized by Opulent Beauty LLC in writing.
certificates
Once earned, certificates are owned by the purchaser. (Ex: If a salon owner purchases a course for a stylist, the certificate belongs to the salon owner.)
